Welcome to SHAPE Woodstock!

Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 received the Carol M. White PEP Grant starting May 1, 2014.  The Carol M. White Physical Education Program provides federally funded grants to local education agencies and community-based organizations to initiate, expand, or enhance physical education programs, including after-school programs, for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Grant recipients must implement programs that help students make progress toward meeting state physical education standards by undertaking instruction in healthy eating habits and good nutrition and at least one of the authorized physical fitness activities.

These pages are here to share what we are learning and the programs we are implementing as a result of receiving this grant.  We hope that you will explore the information and resources included here, and that you will feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
